Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Complete with all included accessories
- in reselable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Warranty
Every eligible Tazia product is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal consumer use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
